INDUSTRIAL OPERATOR

C&K Industrial Services is seeking Industrial Operators with at least one year of experience operating vacuum trucks, combination vehicles, water blasters, etc .  Our Industrial Operators will be responsible for the operations of equipment associated with jobs related to Industrial facility shutdowns, emergency response, site remediation, industrial tank cleanings and more. Qualified candidates MUST HAVE a valid driver's license and be willing to travel with overnight stays likely.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of experience in industrial equipment operation
• Operate and maintain industrial equipment, including high pressure water blasters, pumps, hydro excavators, dredgers and more
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment operating
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of industrial equipment to ensure proper operation
• Make sure all equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Load, unload and transport job supplies to and from job sites
• Follow OSHA, Company and Customer safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in  safety discussions and paperwork
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks on job sites
• Ability to wear respirator and obtain DOT medical Card.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to work well with other job site peers and supervisors
• Must be able to climb, stairs,  ladders and scaffolding
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
