INDUSTRIAL OPERATOR

C&K Industrial Services is seeking Industrial Operators with at least one year of experience operating vacuum trucks, combination vehicles, water blasters, etc .  Our Industrial Operators will be responsible for the operations of equipment associated with jobs related to Industrial facility shutdowns, emergency response, site remediation, industrial tank cleanings and more.

Responsibilities/Qualifications:

• Operate and maintain industrial equipment, including high pressure water blasters, pumps,  hydro excavators, dredgers and more
• Troubleshoot and diagnose mechanical issues with equipment operating
• Perform regular maintenance and cleaning of industrial equipment to ensure proper operation
• Make sure all equipment is in proper working order and report any malfunctions to appropriate personnel
• Follow instructions from supervisors and lead workers
• Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used.
• Load, unload and transport job supplies to and from job sites
• Follow OSHA, Company and Customer safety regulations and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment
• Participate in  safety discussions and paperwork
• Perform general housekeeping and maintenance tasks on job sites
• Must have valid drivers license
• 1-2 years of experience in industrial equipment operation
• Ability to wear respirator and obtain DOT medical Card.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written instructions
• Must be able to work well with other job site peers and supervisors
• Must be able to climb, stairs,  ladders and scaffolding
• Able to work in all types of weather conditions
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Must be able to read and understand job scope and safety plans
• Must be able and willing to submit to company and customer required drug and alcohol testing
• Ability to work flexible hours

Benefits:

• Hourly pay rate $19.00/hour with $1.00 incentive for DOT med card
