Position Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To:

• Inspect and evaluate workplace environments, and equipment, to ensure safety standards
• Conduct job site audits and report results
• May conduct tailgate safety meetings
• Confined space entry permit audits
• Work with Project Managers and Safety Manager to complete Job Safety Analysis.
• Represent Safety at customer meetings when required.
• Work with occupational health and safety specialists to fix hazardous and potentially hazardous conditions or equipment
• Educate employers and workers about workplace safety
• Demonstrate the correct use of safety equipment
• Work with Safety Manager to investigate incidents and accidents

Qualifications:

• Proficiency in MS office suite
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Associate’s degree in safety, engineering, or related field preferred
• 2+ years experience in a safety-related role preferred
• OSHA 30 Hour in lieu of years of experience
• OSHA 510/511 preferred
• First Aid/CPR/AED certification preferred
